Marketplace Plan Details
We Have A Plan For Every Budget...
Our plans are designed to help you save money right from the start. You'll notice that as each plan progresses in a higher Monthly Fee (a fixed cost), the Marketplace Fee (a percentage of each sale) goes down. This is to help you save money in the long run, because you'll save on Marketplace Fees as your sales increase. Vendors can freely choose to change plans at any time they wish to meet their business needs.
Credit Card Processing
Stripe is the company that processes the credit card payments made through the marketplace. Every Vendor will need to create a free account with Stripe. This allows the marketplace to automatically deposit your sales into your checking account. Once your vendor account is approved, there will be instructions in your vendor admin panel on how to join Stripe and connect your Stripe account to your marketplace Vendor Account.
Every transaction is subject to Stripe's credit card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 This fee is calculated using the Order Total.
Our Marketplace Fee
Our marketplace fee is simple and varies from each plan - from only 4.5% all the way down to only 3%. The marketplace fee is calculated using ONLY the Subtotal for each order (the order amount before sales taxes and shipping charges). Other popular e-commerce marketplaces charge a marketplace fee on the Total order amount, which includes shipping & sales taxes, costing you more in fees.
We don't have any hidden fees buried in "small print", such as product listing fees, off-site advertising fees, etc. that chip away at your profits.
Vendors can sign-up for advertising for an additional fee if they wish to as packages become available. Some plans may include additional advertising. See details for each plan below.
As a "thank you" for joining our marketplace, Crafty Yoopers Marketplace will advertise and promote all new vendors on social media channels during the first two weeks of the month following their successful vendor account creation and products are uploaded.
Our Marketplace Fee
PLAN 1: FREE TO JOIN
Begin with our basic FREE TO JOIN plan when you're just starting out. This keeps your monthly costs at a minimum since you only get charged when you make a sale. This plan allows for only a limited number of products to be sold.
- Monthly Fee: No monthly charge
- Marketplace Fee: 4.50% / sale
- Product limit: 30 items

PLAN 2 (Monthly): Yoopers Plan
Upgrading to the "Yoopers Plan" will unlock the restriction on how many products you can sell and a reduction in the marketplace fee. Feel free to list as many products as you want to sell.
- Monthly Fee: $9.95
- Marketplace Fee: 4.00% / sale
- Product Limit: UNLIMITED

PLAN 3 (Monthly): Super Yoopers Plan
Upgrading to the "Super Yoopers Plan" makes you eligible to have your store added to our "Featured Vendors Section" located on the front page of the marketplace. Shoppers will be able to click on your logo and go directly to your storefront.

- Marketplace Fee: 3.50% / sale
- Product Limit: UNLIMITED
- Get added to our Featured Vendors section on the frontpage. Clickable logo will bring customers right to your storefront

- Marketplace Fee: 3.00% / sale
- Product Limit: UNLIMITED
- Get added to our Featured Vendors section on the frontpage. Clickable logo will bring customers right to your storefront
- Monthly Product Promotions included on Social Media
- Advertising in print media included once per year
- Discounted table fee at our craft shows (when available)
Bonus Service: Store Start-up Assistance
We'll help you to get your store started by:
- Adding up to 4 items with 1 picture for each (either white or black background), product description, proper category assignment, pricing, sales tax assignment and shipping information.
- Add your product Returns and Exchange policy page for your account.
- Add your logo(s) to your account.

This plan is for non-profit organizations only. Has the same features as the professional plan, but with a one-time fee instead of a monthly fee.

- Product Limit: UNLIMITED
- Get added to our Featured Vendors section on the frontpage. Clickable logo will bring customers right to your storefront
- Monthly Product Promotions included on Social Media
- Advertising in print media included once per year
