Products that are returnable have a return period listed, otherwise All Sales are Final and anything you purchase is yours to keep or to give away freely.  If it was our mistake (wrong product was sent by accident, product was broken due to our poor packaging, etc) please reach out to us.  We strive to make each customer happy, so if something wasn't right please reach out and we'll do our best to make things right.

Products Eligible for Installment Payments:

HOW INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS WORK ACROSS THE MARKETPLACE:

You will be notified via e-mail when your next installment payment is due on your order.  

Installment payments on the marketplace are NOT automatically charged to your credit card.  A schedule of installment payments is automatically created, but the customer must manually pay for each one. Please pay for each installment when due as soon as possible please.

VENDOR POLICY:

This policy is set by each vendor. If a vendor allows installment payments on their products, but does not have a policy in place, the default marketplace policy is that:

"ALL INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS must be made before the product will be shipped out or will be available for pickup. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR PARTIAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS.  This is to protect each vendor who typically uses your installment payments to begin fulfilling your order."

Our retail storefront policy follows the default marketplace policy mentioned above.

Products Eligible by Subscription:

HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK ACROSS THE MARKETPLACE:

All subscription orders made with marketplace vendors are due to be paid within 2 days of the due date.  After the 2 day period, the subscription order will be marked UNPAID and highlighted in red.  

Subscriptions on the marketplace are NOT automatically charged to your credit/debit card.  A subscription order is automatically created, but the customer must manually pay for it. Please pay for your subscription order as soon as possible please.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.  

VENDOR POLICY:

This policy is set by each vendor. If a vendor allows subscription payments on their products, but does not have a policy in place, the default marketplace policy is that "the current subscription invoice must be paid before the product will be shipped out or will be available for pickup".

Our retail storefront policy follows the default marketplace policy mentioned above.

Tracking info will be attached to your order when available and you should get an e-mail notification when that happens.
