Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your business!  We hope that you find your purchase satisfactory.  Products that are eligible for return or exchange will show the number of return days next to it in the product description when you click on it.  If the number of return days doesn't show, then the product IS NOT eligible for return or exchange.

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval first by Crafty Yoopers Corner Store.  Products to be exchanged will be done with a similar item of equal or greater value.  All approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the balance will be refunded by the original payment method used.  Shipping & Handling fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.  If a Gift Certificate was issued, it does not expire.
